The story of Max di Santi can take us to any given place in the world as a secret agent investigating a wave of murders happening in the five continents; but his dreams and the memories along with those of the different characters can take us from the courts of Europe during the Renascence to ancient Egypt in the times of the pharaohs. The story of the Seven Gates of Time and Space is based on the life of the first male and the first female of each of the seven races of the human brotherhood, therefore, the story can take us to the land of the Aztecs, Babylonia, ancient Greece and many other places in any given time, even Paradise.

Chateau Merlova

Around 1500 a.D. the Castle Merlova was built and owned by a noble called Alfonse von Dracken who married the mysterious Countess Sofia (Abrahel), who raised Duchess Michelle de la Croix as her own. It is said that there demoniac rituals took place there after Alfonse was confined to bed and Sofia took over a mistress of the castle. According to the legend, in the gardens and the woods around it is where saint Rodolfo and Michelle fell from grace by fornicating. In present time, the castle belongs to a lord form the Melova family, which is believe to be a branch of the Merovingian dynasty. There, Emmanuelle spent more than two decades of her life, after she was adopted by the lord.

Villa di Santi

Home to an old Italian dynasty; Villa di Santi was were Lorena di Santi gave birth to Max, thirty two years ago. Lorena was still a virgin when she received the visit of three monks from Tibet, and she was given the news of the conception of a child. Months after she received the visit of Bacchus Dionysus. The legend tells that the after the birth of Max, Lorena had a hard time finding and keeping the help, because most of the servants would be chased away by the spirit of a crying woman. It is said that when Max was a little boy he could actually see a “Crying Woman”, and his health was greatly affected until a wonderful old black woman called Mama Angie came to take care of Max and put an end to the haunting.
