About:

WM.org (Organic)
More we advance as societies and technology, it seems we move farther a part from nature and our most basic selves.
We choose to view the human as tree party entity composed by a body, a mind and a spirit and we believe that each aspect of the human organism should be taken care individually and as a whole.

Organic food:
Organic foods are foods produced by organic farming. While the standards differ worldwide, organic farming in general features cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers are not allowed, although certain approved pesticides may be used. In general, organic foods are also not processed usingirradiation, industrial solvents, or synthetic food additives

Body
People tend to picture their bodies as machines but a machine can be broken a part that reassembled having the same result, as opposed to a body which is much more than the added parts.
Another misconception is that those who dedicate their lives to their bodies like Olympic athletes, are just that focused on their bodies, but what people don’t really know is that “You have to train your mind like you train your body.” As per Former Olympic gold medal-winning decathlon runner Bruce Jenner. He’s echoing an athletic maxim that’s practically a cliché: sports are 90 percent mental and 10 percent physical.
A mind /ˈmaɪnd/ is the set of cognitive faculties that enables consciousness, perception, thinking, judgement, and memory—a characteristic of humans, but which also may apply to other life forms.
Sports are 90 percent mental and 10 percent physical; a well known secret athletes like Olympic gold medal-winning Bruce Jenner.
It’s the mind that can turn shadows into monsters and all the way around. It is in the mind where that making of our very self is best represented. Through our minds we can go to times and places without living the room.
The English word spirit, from Latin spiritus "breath", has many different meanings and connotations, most of them relating to a non-corporeal substance contrasted with the material body. It can also refer to a "subtle" as opposed to "gross" material substance, as in the famous last paragraph of Sir Isaac Newton's Principia Mathematica.
The spirit and spirituality tend to be a controversial subject. The need to believe or better said, the awareness that are bigger forces acting around us (even if we can’t see them) is manifested in all cultures, genders, sexual orientation, age and race (if we can call them so)
The matters of spirituality transcend beyond our bodies and minds, this is why philosophies from thousands of years ago are currently present in today’s societies while non of those who live back then are alive today.

Biodiversity:
Biodiversity, a contraction of "biological diversity," generally refers to the variety and variability oflife on Earth. One of the most widely used definitions defines it in terms of the variability within species, between species, and between ecosystems.[1] It is a measure of the variety of organismspresent in different ecosystems. This can refer to genetic variation, ecosystem variation, orspecies variation (number of species)[1] within an area, biome, or planet. Terrestrial biodiversity tends to be greater near the equator,[2] which seems to be the result of the warm climate and highprimary productivity.[3] Biodiversity is not distributed evenly on Earth. It is richest in the tropics.Marine biodiversity tends to be highest along coasts in the Western Pacific, where sea surface temperature is highest and in the mid-latitudinal band in all oceans. There are latitudinal gradients in species diversity.[4] Biodiversity generally tends to cluster in hotspots,[5] and has been increasing through time,[6][7] but will be likely to slow in the future.
Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change and overcome problems in desired ways. Psychotherapy aims to increase each individual's well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social functioning. Certain psychotherapies are considered evidence-based for treating some diagnosed mental disorders.
There are over a thousand different named psychotherapies, some being minor variations while others are based on very different conceptions of psychology, ethics (how to live) or techniques. Most involve one-to-one sessions between client and therapist but some are conducted with groups, including families. Psychotherapists may be mental health professionals or come from a variety of other backgrounds, and depending on the jurisdiction may be legally regulated, voluntarily regulated or unregulated (and the term itself may be protected or not).
Art therapy (also known as arts therapy) is a creative method of expression used as atherapeutic technique. Art therapy originated in the fields of art and psychotherapy and may vary in definition.
Art therapy may focus on the creative art-making process itself, as therapy, or on the analysis of expression gained through an exchange of patient and therapist interaction. The psychoanalytic approach was one of the earliest forms of art psychotherapy. This approach employs thetransference process between the therapist and the client who makes art. The therapist interprets the client's symbolic self-expression as communicated in the art and elicits interpretations from the client.[1] Analysis of transference is no longer always a component.
Current art therapy includes a vast number of other approaches such as: Person-Centered, Cognitive, Behavior, Gestalt, Narrative, Adlerian, Family (Systems) and more. The tenets of art therapy involve humanism, creativity, reconciling emotional conflicts, fostering self-awareness, and personal growth.

What is like...

Organism:
In biology, an organism is any contiguous living system, such as an animal, plant or bacterium. All known types of organisms are capable of some degree of response to stimuli, reproduction, growth and development and homeostasis. An organism consists of one or more cells; when it has one cell it is known as a unicellular organism; and when it has more than one it is known as a multicellular organism. Most unicellular organisms are of microscopic size and are thus classified as microorganisms. Humans are multicellular organisms composed of many trillions of cells grouped into specialized tissues and organs.

Love

Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother") to pleasure ("I loved that meal"). It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment.[1] It can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another".[2] It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.

Health
Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans it is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental or social challenges. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its broader sense in its 1948 constitution as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." This definition has been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value and because of the problem created by use of the word "complete". Other definitions have been proposed, among which a recent definition that correlates health and personal satisfactio. Classification systems such as the WHO Family of International Classifications, including the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), are commonly used to define and measure the components of health.
