We are recreating the experience of managing the board of a non for profit organization in a lab experience with a limited time, operating as such in an environment that the results do not affect the normal and partially independent operation of reach Group.

 

Each Group, such as Music, Film, Photography and Web TV operates within the realm of their media. The resources and the platform are provided by the First Board, or were already provided by WM Project; however, a board of its own governs each group

 

Example: musicians, producers, promoters, singers, songwriters, administrators and Financial Officers form The Music Board. They secondary board is partially independent therefore it operates without intervention from the First Board until is requested or required if so. However a decision of a Secondary Board like the Music Board, can be overruled by the consensus of the First Board. 

 

The board members can be anonymous as the though decisions and impartial reviews have to be given not by the person but by the role assumed which could be perceived as unfriendly at times. The feedback given by a professional is more accurate and useful that a feedback given by, let say, your friend or your mother.
